Power & Death Star Droids were my favorites, though I knew not their names. His gift was both boon and bane: Those years were Star Wars purgatory and the only SW figures I could find were dusty old ones...

simonz71 asked: Brilliant work! I loved these toys as a kid, and I think this is one of the most original online toy archives I've ever seen. I'm really impressed with your creativity and your dedication - as well as the subject matter, naturally.

andbeholdapalehorse asked: this is like maybe the coolest project ever. I received a set of Kenner figures from my aunt for my 8th birthday - to accompany my own figures (mostly Gold label The Power Of The Force / special edition era) - that she purchased when they were originally sold. Two years ago I had the privileged of passing on my whole figure collection to her 8 year old son for his birthday. It's amazing how...

jonjohns65 asked: [NOTE: I double, and triple checked to make sure this was not yet asked/answered] It appears that some of the features - especially the eyes - were hand painted. Can you confirm that whoever manufactured for Kenner did or did not hand paint these figures?
